Jess M. Smith, III
Jess M. Smith, III, graduated from Wabash College in 1989 with an AB in History and received his JD from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 1992. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio in 1993 and worked in a general practice law firm in Dayton, Ohio, from 1993 through 1999. In 1999, he was admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and has practiced bankruptcy law predominantly since 2002. Mr. Smith joined our firm in September, 2008. He was a presenter at the Indianapolis Bar Association Neil Shook Advanced Consumer Bankruptcy Roundtable in April, 2018 and in June, 2020. In his spare time, he is an avid runner and competes in races, ranging from 5Ks to full marathons. He qualified to compete in the 2020 Boston Marathon, which was canceled due to Covid-19, but now is attempting to qualify for the 2021 event.
Hugh Riedeman
Hugh Riedeman graduated from Indiana University in 1969 with a BA in Political Science and Environmental studies, then received his JD from Indiana University School of Law in 1975. He has worked in the office of the Indiana Attorney General and was deputy prosecutor for several years. He has practiced both criminal and bankruptcy law since 1985. Mr. Riedeman joined our firm in September 2005.
Randy Eyster
Randy Eyster graduated from Purdue University in 1983 with a BS in Biology. He received his JD from Indiana University School of Law in 1997. He concentrated on consumer bankruptcy law from 1998 to 2000. His focus while practicing law since 2000 has been foreclosures, bankruptcy, and real estate. Mr. Eyster joined our firm in October 2019.
Tom Scott
Thomas Scott, now retired, graduated with high distinction from Indiana University in 1971 with a BS in Business and received his JD from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis in 1977 (Magnum Cum Laude). While practicing law for over a quarter century he has established himself as one of Indianapolis’ leading attorneys in the field of consumer bankruptcy law and has earned the respect of the Bankruptcy Judges and Trustees.
Christopher Holmes
Christopher Holmes, now retired, graduated from Purdue University in 1977 with a BA in European History and Political Science and received his JD from Ohio Northern University College of Law in 1981. Mr. Holmes joined our firm in October, 1997 after fifteen years practicing law with a focus on bankruptcy, divorce and criminal defense.
